01郊区政法委工作人员张国峰驾驶套牌车辆问题

　　年12月21日，张国峰驾驶套牌车辆被执勤交警查获。东风交警大队对张国峰驾驶套牌车辆的违法行为处以驾驶证降型并处罚金元的处罚。郊区监委给予张国峰警告处分。

02郊区政法委工作人员张晓斌驾驶串挂牌照车辆问题

　　年9月30日，张晓斌驾驶串挂牌照车辆在安庆路加油站路口被执勤交警查获。东风交警大队对张晓斌串挂车辆牌照的违法行为处以吊销驾驶证并处罚金元的处罚。郊区监委给予张晓斌警告处分。

03富锦市大榆树镇拾房村党支部书记王楠饮酒驾驶问题

　　年12月26日，王楠酒后驾驶机动车在富锦市东平路被执勤交警查获。富锦市交警大队对王楠饮酒驾车的违法行为处以暂扣6个月机动车驾驶证并处罚金元的处罚。富锦市大榆树镇党委给予王楠党内警告处分。

04同江市第一中学教师张国宝饮酒驾驶问题

　　年6月21日，张国宝酒后驾驶牌照为黑D的小型越野车，行驶至建设路与松江街路口时被执勤交警查获。同江市交警大队对张国宝饮酒驾车的违法行为处以暂扣6个月机动车驾驶证并处元罚金的处罚。同江市教体局党委给予张国宝党内警告处分。

05同江市农村公路管理站站长张文国饮酒驾驶问题

　　年8月27日，张文国酒后驾驶北京现代轿车行驶至滨江路2公里处被执勤交警查获。同江市交警大队对张文国饮酒驾车的违法行为处以暂扣6个月机动车驾驶证并处元罚金的处罚。同江市纪委给予张文国党内警告处分。

06同江市农业局退休干部包广宏饮酒驾驶问题

　　年8月28日，包广宏酒后驾驶牌照为黑D38F76轿车行驶至松江街与中心路滨江花园附近时被执勤交警查获。同江市交警大队对包广宏饮酒驾车的违法行为处以暂扣6个月机动车驾驶证并处元罚金的处罚。同江市纪委给予包广宏党内警告处分。

07桦南县驼腰子镇卫生院院长李国饮酒驾驶问题

　　年1月3日，李国酒后驾驶机动车在桦南县前进路被执勤交警查获。桦南县交警大队对李国饮酒驾车的违法行为处以暂扣6个月机动车驾驶证并处元罚金的处罚。桦南县卫计局给予李国记过处分。

08桦南县城镇建设管理处副主任李景龙饮酒驾驶问题

　　年1月9日，李景龙酒后驾驶机动车在桦南县保卫路被执勤交警查获。桦南县交警大队对李景龙饮酒驾车的违法行为处以暂扣6个月机动车驾驶证并处元罚金的处罚。桦南县住建局党委给予李景龙党内警告处分。

10汤原县汤旺河灌区收费员刘阳饮酒驾驶问题

　　年6月17日,刘阳酒后驾驶机动车在汤原县被执勤交警查获。汤原县交警大队对刘阳饮酒驾车的违法行为处以暂扣6个月机动车驾驶证并处元罚金的处罚。汤原县水务局给予刘阳警告处分。

11汤原县文广新局微波站职工潘海明饮酒驾驶问题

　　年12月24日，潘海明酒后驾驶牌照为黑A5Y小型轿车，在汤原县建设街被执勤交警查获。汤原县交警大队对潘海明饮酒驾车的违法行为处以暂扣6个月机动车驾驶证并处0元罚金的处罚。汤原县文广新局给予潘海明警告处分。

12前进区人社局干部迟恭林饮酒驾驶问题

　　年8月21日，迟恭林饮酒后驾驶牌照为黑DA小型轿车在桦川县被执勤交警查获。桦川县交警大队对迟恭林饮酒驾车的违法行为处以暂扣6个月机动车驾驶证并处元罚金的处罚。前进区纪委给予迟恭林党内警告处分。

13前进区第十一小学教师王伟酒驾肇事问题

　　年5月18日，王伟饮酒后驾车行驶至长安路与永安街交叉路口右转弯时与一台自行车发生碰撞，造成被害人轻伤。交警事故处理大队认定王伟对此事故负全部责任，但不构成交通肇事罪及危险驾驶罪。前进区纪委给予王伟党内严重警告处分。

01桦川县湿地局保护科科长张英公车私用问题

　　年10月4日，张英擅自让单位司机驾驶黑DQ的公务用车送其去佳市购买药品。10月7日早上，张英外出办理个人事务后，再次让单位司机驾驶公车到建国镇西太平村将其接回。桦川县纪委给予张英党内严重警告处分。

02向阳区建设和住房保障局工作人员张洋公车私用问题

　　年10月8日，张洋利用到桦川县购买公务车辆配件的机会办理私事。向阳区监察局给予张洋行政警告处分，给予负有领导责任的向阳区建设和住房保障局清雪车队队长孙跃文通报批评处理。

03富锦市锦丰农场工作人员马正君公车私用问题

　　年12月31日，马正君擅自驾驶黑D25公车办理私事。锦丰农场给予马正君停发6个月出车奖金、补交元燃油费并责令作出书面检查的处理；富锦市纪委对负有领导责任的锦丰农场车队管理人员孟宪彬进行了谈话提醒和批评教育。

04抚远市公安局刑事技术大队副大队长赵俊违反公务用车管理规定问题

　　年8月23日中午，赵俊到“故乡手擀面”饭店用餐，违规将用于刑事勘查的警用执法车辆停靠在饭店所在的迎宾小区院内，造成不良影响。抚远市监察局给予赵俊全市通报批评处理。

　　以上通报的4起典型案例，有的是在节假日期间公车私用，有的是违反规定擅自将公车停放在居民区内，有的借驾驶公车办理公务之机办私事。

　　发生这些顶风违纪的问题，主要原因是一些党组织履行主体责任意识不强，管理失之于宽、失之于软；个别党员干部、工作人员规矩意识不强，对相关禁令不以为然，心存侥幸。

　　清明节是公车私用问题的易发多发期，市纪委监委要求全市各级党组织要切实履行好全面从严治党的主体责任，加强对干部职工的教育监管，有效遏制违规使用公务用车问题。
